Is Bay Bench only for repair shops with a physical location?

No. Bay Bench is designed for both physical repair shops and mobile mechanics. A location represents one business operation and does not require a traditional storefront.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade as your shop grows. Plan downgrades follow the account and billing rules in the application.

Are unfinished features included in the price?

Features still in development are clearly labeled Coming Soon. You can always see what is currently available before selecting a plan.

Is there a long-term contract?

Bay Bench subscriptions are month-to-month — you can cancel anytime. Founding Shop pricing, once granted, is locked for the life of your account.

What is the Founding Shop Program?
