3Beta terms & agreement

The short version (plain English)

You're trying beta software free for 30 days. It may have rough edges — keep your own backups of anything important.
Everything about Bay Bench is confidential. Don't share screenshots, details, or how it works with anyone outside your shop — especially competitors.
The software, its features, designs, code data and diagnostic notes, and pricing all stay Bay Bench's property. You're getting to use it, not own it.
Don't copy it, reverse-engineer it, scrape it, or use anything you learn to build or help build a competing product.
Any feedback you give us becomes ours to use. Your own customer and vehicle data stays yours.
Governed by Iowa law. If someone breaks these terms, Bay Bench can take legal action, including a court order to stop them.
